What you need

tsp dried onion

tbsp beef bone broth

tsp black pepper
tbsp cornstarch

tsp fine sea salt

clove garlic clove

lb ground beef
Instructions
1. Stir the ground beef and cold beef bone broth in one direction until the liquid is fully absorbed to create a bouncy texture filling. 2. Fold in the grated onion, microplaned garlic, beef tallow or EVOO, sea salt, black pepper, and dried minced onion. 3. Refrigerate the filling for 30 minutes to stabilize the fats, making wontons easier to wrap. 4. Use thin wonton wrappers, fill, and seal with water. Air dry filled wontons for a few minutes to prevent splatter. 5. Fry the wontons in avocado oil for 2–3 minutes per side until they are a deep mahogany gold.
